Hi I am Stephen, head chef at Seasons Bistro.
My cooking career has taken me to many varied locations, experiencing all sorts of different cooking styles. The most recent was in Scandinavia, where for several years I worked alongside top chefs in the 3 Michelin Star ‘Geranium’ restaurant and the Svinklov Badehotel.
Bringing the skills and knowledge gained from my travels back to my home city of Budapest is an exciting prospect, so at Seasons Bistro I look forward to creating an interesting array of ‘classic’ and ‘new wave’ dishes for your special dining experience.
